Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a school district located in Dover, NH.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role

• School-based setting; providing classroom assistance, small group instruction, and 1:1 student support as needed

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must meet New Hampshire Department of Education requirements for paraprofessionals, which may include:

• Completion of at least 48 college credits OR

• An associate degree or higher OR

• Passing a state-approved paraprofessional assessment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and staff

• Ability to follow instructional and behavioral plans to support student learning

• Preferred: Previous school-based or childcare experience, and familiarity with IEP/504 accommodations
