Electrical Design Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems in various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. This role involves collaboration with architects and other engineers to deliver innovative and efficient designs that meet energy efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for various projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct lighting design and power system analysis to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Create detailed electrical drafting and specifications for project documentation.
• Perform load calculations to determine the electrical requirements for projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with project managers to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective project visualization and coordination.
• Review and analyze project requirements and develop solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience required.
• Proven experience in design engineering, particularly in electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Strong knowledge of lighting design and power systems.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
• Understanding of code compliance and relevant regulations.
• Experience in project management and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
