Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Case Manager position is available supporting K-9 students within a K-12 special education setting. This contract role offers a focused opportunity to impact the academic growth of a small caseload of approximately 12-14 students in reading, writing, and math.
Location: Kingston, NH
Assignment: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate special education services for students in grades K-9 within a charter academy environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide small group instruction and support in reading, writing, and math
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to caseload management and student performance
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Special Education Teacher with experience in K-12 settings
- Proven case management skills with the ability to handle a small caseload effectively
- Familiarity with developing and managing IEPs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
