Roles & Responsibilities
Park School is seeking an Ultimate Frisbee Coach for the spring season (March 25th to May 24th). This is a part-time and stipend position with responsibilities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Practice and home game responsibilities start at 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm for away games. We have several Head and Assistant Coach openings for Varsity and JV as well as 5th and 6th grade level teams.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching at the youth, high school, college level and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Eager to work with middle school students.
- Knowledgeable and passionate.
- Committed to fostering a positive team culture.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

- The compensation for the Assistant Head Coach is $2,250 Stipend and Head Coach is a $3,000 stipend. Actual salaries will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to, external market data, internal equity, skillset, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of any additional benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
