A well-regarded law firm in Wellesley is seeking a Part-Time Litigation Associate to support its litigation practice. This role offers 15–20 hours per week with 1 in-office day required and flexible remote options. The position could extend beyond the summer depending on firm needs.
Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Review and analyze discovery materials.

Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.

Handle court appearances and argue motions
Qualifications:
-
J.D. and active license to practice law in Massachusetts.

2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.

Strong drafting and written advocacy skills.
Additional Details:

Pay Rate: $50/hour

Zoom interview followed by an in-person meeting with the team.
