- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential properties, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions. - Install and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with code and regulation.- Efficient assessment/troubleshooting, planning, and execution of plumbing jobs- Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of their plumbing systems to prevent future issues.- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal amount of supervision- Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, and clean work area- Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work- Attend company meetings as necessary- Adhere to all safety and handbook policiesQualifications and Skills
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber and/or Master Plumber License- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record- Must be able to lift, push, and pull in excess of 50 pounds- Ability to pass a background check and drug test- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations- Strong problem-solving/ trouble shooting and communication skills- Excellent customer servicePersonal Characteristics
