You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with calm, clear communication. You will build trust through customer service, accurate reporting, and teamwork, bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while always acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with Allied Universal post orders and applicable laws and/or regulations, maintaining proper care and accountability of issued equipment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and/or duress situations, and request law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter, including parking areas and ATM and/or vestibule areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant information to client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
- Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience OR 2+ years' security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years' security experience.
- Provide proof of high school diploma/GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
