• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse\n
• Unit: Blake 12 ICU (Adult Medical, Surgical, Transplant, Trauma)\n
• Start Date: December 6, 2025\n
• End Date: January 31, 2026\n
• Duration: 8-week contract\n
• Hours per Week: 36 hours\n
• Shift: 12-hour shifts; balanced day/night rotation\n
• Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,880–$2,020 per week\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license (Massachusetts preferred) with ICU certification\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience\n
• At least 1 year of travel nurse experience required\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications\n
• Ability to work both day and night 12-hour shifts as scheduled\n
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills\n

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, surgeons, and transplant specialists\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support as needed\n
• Educate and support patients and families, ensuring clear communication throughout the care process\n
• Maintain a safe clinical environment and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures\n
