Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position supports K-12 students with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior intervention. The role requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and emphasizes hands-on experience working with diverse student populations within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Monitor student progress and collect data to guide treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student goals
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with established protocols
- Support positive behavioral outcomes for students across the K-12 range
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Proven experience providing ABA therapy and managing behavior caseloads
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a school environment
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Commitment to ethical behavior intervention practices
