Job Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines
· Prepare garments and materials for embroidery (hooping, threading, etc.)
· Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality
· Handle setup of designs and make minor machine adjustments as needed
· Work closely with team members to meet order deadlines
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
· Previous embroidery experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Basic computer skills a plus (for design setup or embroidery software)
