Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time contract position at an early childhood school located in Lynn, MA. This role focuses on serving the PreK age group, providing critical speech and language services within an educational setting. The contract runs from ASAP through June 2026, featuring a 35-hour workweek across five days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 6 to 8 speech and language evaluations weekly to assess student needs
- Participate in 6 to 8 meetings per week, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals
- Deliver approximately 5 targeted intervention sessions weekly to support communication development
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Preference for candidates with experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, school-based settings, and clinical fellowship year (CFY) completion
- Familiarity with healthcare and pediatric SLP best practices
