Job Description:
- Strong experience with Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and Microsoft O365
- Someone who can work onsite in Boston and support users with professionalism and accuracy
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently and use good judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and quality
- A team player who can communicate well, learn quickly, and contribute to IT support projects
