Hiring T-LPN
Travel LPN - LTC
13 Weeks with possible extension
Location: Claremont, NH
Shift: Varied
Weekends days (7-3) and evenings (3-11) and varied during the week dependent on need/Must be willing to float to units where experienced.
Travel Pay for 48hrs:
Weekly Gross - $2,306.08
Weekly Stipend - $1,162.08
Hourly Taxable (up to 40 hrs) - $22.00/hr on W2
Overtime (after 40 hrs) - $33.00/hr on W2
Submission Requirements
3+ years current exprience (must be within the last 6 moths) - REQUIRED
Must be willing to float where experienced - REQUIRED
IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified) - REQUIRED
All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and can not exceed 5 days (Holidays NOT approved) - REQUIRED
Covid Vaccination Required - Declinations/Exemptions are not accepted (Please upload proofs with upload) - REQUIRED
Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted (Please ensure perm address is in profile) - REQUIRED
Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
