Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, automation processes, and control systems to meet project requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop control system architectures
- Design and implement control algorithms to dynamically adjust cooling capacity based on real-time data (e.g., temperature, humidity, load).
- Integrate sensors, controllers, and actuators to monitor and control cooling systems.
- Create and update electrical schematics and control diagrams cooling systems.
- Program and configure controllers and develop HMI interfaces tailored to system cooling operations.
- Commission, test, and validate control systems, ensuring smooth startup and reliable performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control system designs and programming changes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production cooling systems.
- Develop and execute verification test plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design and automation
- Strong knowledge of control systems and electrical schematics
- Experience with PLC programming and communication protocols such as RS-232 and RS-485
- Familiarity with HMI development and sensor networks
- Understanding of thermal management and airflow principles
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
