The Role
As a Working Site Supervisor, you will serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for craftsmanship, schedule, and client communication. You'll guide our projects from the first hammer swing to the final walkthrough, ensuring excellence at every step.
We're seeking a Working Site Supervisor, a highly skilled lead carpenter with the leadership ability to run a jobsite and the craftsmanship to maintain the highest standards of build quality.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership of site performance, and leads by example. While our current project volume doesn't require a fully dedicated superintendent role, we are intentionally hiring for a hybrid leader someone who can flex between managing subs, coordinating with our Project Manager, and contributing to the tools when it drives project success.
It's a role for someone who values autonomy, takes pride in great work, and wants to play a key part in delivering high-end residential projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead on-site contact for clients during construction
- Coordinate pre-construction site checks and Pre-construction meetings with clients
- Manage jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and quality control
- Oversee day-to-day activities of trade partners and project timelines
- Run weekly on-site client meetings alongside the Project Manager and Designer
- Submit daily logs, photos, and updates via Co-Construct (CRM)
- Identify and document change orders and recommend budget adjustments
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential carpentry and construction
- Strong project leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and project schedules
- Proficiency with carpentry tools and jobsite equipment
- Comfortable using MS Office and construction software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Tools required to perform rough carpentry and finish carpentry
Why Lee Kimball
- Join a team that values craft, clarity, and client care
- Opportunities for career growth and leadership
- Supportive, well-structured processes and systems
- A culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Let's build something exceptional together. Apply now to join a team that values your skill, supports your growth, and is passionate about creating homes and careers that last.
