Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in Pittsfield, MA is seeking full-time School Psychologists to support K-12 students. Multiple onsite positions are available, offering opportunities to work with various grade levels according to your candidates preference. This is a contract role for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for K-12 students to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment, counseling, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to onsite work within the district
