Complete service calls independently and efficiently

Diagnose and repair both basic and advanced service issues

Provide clear, timely updates to customers and supervisors

Occasionally mentor and support Service Technician I team members

Develop into a dependable, independent field/service lead technician.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
2+ years of hands-on service or field technician experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training)

Demonstrated ability to complete service calls independently

Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-
Basic to intermediate mechanical, electrical, or equipment repair knowledge (role-dependent)

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and supervisors

Willingness to mentor and support entry-level technicians as needed
-
Strong commitment to safety compliance and company procedures
-
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if applicable)

Ability to document work accurately and timely
