- 40hr Registered Nurse- Cardiovascular Department
- 40hr days 4x10hr shifts, 7a-5:30p (variable start times).
- Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Massachusetts nursing license (RN)
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
- Fit Test within 365 days to start date and updated annually
- MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days for RN & LPN
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
- Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th) with no exemptions
- TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience
- MGB References with 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- MGB Education Verification required
- MGB SSN Trace required
- MGB National Sex Offender Check required
- MGB Exclusion Checks required
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required
- Schedule Information
- 40 hours per week
- 4x10 hour shifts
- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with variable start times
- Additional Details
- MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation are optional professional credentials
- License/Certificate Verification is optional
- MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation is mandatory
- Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred or proof of immunity or declination
- Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration
- Positive PPD requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray
- MGB TB Symptom Survey if Positive PPD is optional
