Responsibilities:
• Review and resolve Jira tickets efficiently, ensuring timely corrections to databases.
• Conduct database queries using tools such as to verify and update data.
• Provide service desk support to address technical issues and user concerns.
• Perform integration testing to ensure seamless functionality across systems.
• Maintain detailed records of bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with teams in an Agile Scrum environment to prioritize and address system improvements.
• Audit processes and systems to identify and correct recurring issues.
• Support customer service teams by troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Utilize AB testing and other methodologies to validate system updates and enhancements.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for ticket management and tracking.
• Hands-on experience with database queries and corrections using .
• Familiarity with integration testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Experience with bug tracking tools and auditing processes.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and its application in testing environments.
