Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with ICU experience to provide skilled care in a Level III Trauma unit serving adolescent to geriatric patients. This contract role is based in Peterborough, NH, supporting a 10-bed unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with ICU clinical skills
- Experience caring for diverse age groups from adolescents through geriatrics
- Ability to manage acute trauma cases in a fast-paced setting
- Compliance with New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency licensing requirements for temporary nursing staff
- Willingness to commit to minimal requested time off during the assignment (no more than 5 days)
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide critical nursing care consistent with trauma unit protocols
- Monitor patient status and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Adhere to all facility policies and licensing regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Support patient and family needs with professionalism and compassion
Location:Located in the heart of Peterborough, NH, this position is ideal for nurses prepared to relocate or travel, as local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
