Family Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture.
Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years’ working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR.

- Practice in business for over 30 years
- 85% PPO 15%FFS
- 17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider
- Dr. chairs: 8 Hyg. chairs: 9
- CBCT, iTero, Digital X-rays
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs

Compensation for full-time employees:

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
