An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Telemetry and pediatric care. This role requires a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional patient care on a telemetry floor, working night shifts with a schedule that supports both work-life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry and pediatric setting.
  • Monitoring cardiac telemetry and responding appropriately to changes in patient status.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Performing assessments, administering medications, and documenting patient progress accurately.
  • Floating to similar units as needed to support patient care demands.
  • Participating in orientation and completing a telemetry test on the first day.
  • Adhering to infection control protocols, including receiving a flu vaccine prior to starting.

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Medical-Telemetry nursing.
  • Proven pediatric nursing experience.
  • Ability to work night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.
  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Nights, 36 hours per week.
  • Every other weekend and every other holiday.
