Lead fast-paced commercial drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling projects from pre-construction to completion. Work directly with clients, subcontractors, field crews, and estimators to ensure projects meet expectations for quality, safety, and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily project execution, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate RFI/submittal processes and manage change orders
- Collaborate with field and office teams to maintain efficiency and documentation standards
- Conduct regular site visits to enforce quality, safety protocols, and progress reporting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience managing commercial construction or specialty subcontractor projects
- Strong knowledge of drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Focus on safety and quality; ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
