VNA Care is seeking Per Visit RNs for Home Health visits for Needham/Canton Teams. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.
Work any combination of days. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.
Territory:
Team 1= Arlington, Belmont thru Newton, Needham, Dover, Westwood
Team 2= Frankling to Foxboro to Braintree to Duxbury.
Visits are scheduled in a tight geographic area each day.
Pay Range: Per Visit rates apply, average daily rate $415. Daily rate varies based on number of visits and type of visits.
Orientation is fully paid. First week of orientation attend 3 days of classroom training, the second to fifth week new employees work with a preceptor (in the field) on skills and with an educator (in office) to review Home Care Home Base EMR system, time management and Oasis documentation.
You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.
Requirements:
- Good standing MA RN license
- Home Health and Oasis E experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
