Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Charter School in Lynn, MA
INVO is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at a dynamic charter school in Lynn, Massachusetts. In this school-based role, you will play a key part in supporting students with behavioral needs, collaborating with educators and families, and implementing evidence-based strategies that drive student success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Coach and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff in behavior management strategies

Design and monitor individualized behavior support plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals

Provide staff training on ABA principles, de-escalation techniques, and data collection
-
Supervise and support behavior staff such as RBTs, as needed

Maintain accurate records, collect and analyze behavior data, and report progress
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
-
Massachusetts DESE licensure or eligibility preferred
-
Experience working in school settings with students with autism, behavioral, or developmental disabilities
-
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
-
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
