Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Charter School in Lynn, MA

INVO is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at a dynamic charter school in Lynn, Massachusetts. In this school-based role, you will play a key part in supporting students with behavioral needs, collaborating with educators and families, and implementing evidence-based strategies that drive student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Coach and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff in behavior management strategies

  • Design and monitor individualized behavior support plans

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals

  • Provide staff training on ABA principles, de-escalation techniques, and data collection

  • Supervise and support behavior staff such as RBTs, as needed

  • Maintain accurate records, collect and analyze behavior data, and report progress

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

  • Massachusetts DESE licensure or eligibility preferred

  • Experience working in school settings with students with autism, behavioral, or developmental disabilities

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
