This opportunity is seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification to support a middle school caseload in Claremont, NH. The position is a full-time contract through the current school year, spanning from ASAP through June 2026, with a flexible schedule ranging between 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience working with behavior management in an educational setting, preferably with middle school students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and support staff
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral strategies
Location:
- Middle school setting in Claremont, New Hampshire
Responsibilities:
- Manage behavior caseload for middle school students, providing direct intervention and support
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor behavior plans
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing program adjustments
- Train and guide staff on behavior management techniques as needed
- Maintain compliance with school policies and relevant regulations
