Location: Newington, NH Pay: $24–$25/HR | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first impression for clients, visitors, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the company, managing administrative tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the office and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls

Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area

Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings

Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Scan invoices and support administrative projects

Assist with company events and employee recognition programs

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ year of office or customer-facing experience

Proficiency with MS Office, phones, and office equipment

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
-
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
