We are seeking an Assembler for a 2nd shift position in Westford, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a lean manufacturing environment where attention to detail and quality are paramount.
Shift of the Assembler: 2nd Shift, M-F 3:30pm-12:00am
Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler: $21 plus 10% shift differential based on experience
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- Verify integrity of materials to be assembled and report defects.
- Recognize and identify non-conforming materials and inform appropriate personnel.
- Assemble and pack products following specific procedures.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, data collection, and housekeeping within the work area.
- Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job-specific procedures.
Qualifications of the Assembler:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Technical training is a plus.
- 0+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read assembly procedures and follow visual aids.
- Basic mechanical assembly knowledge and skills.
