Responsibilities
Our Client is seeking professionals with a positive attitude, strong client orientation, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment to join the Boston team.

Create and manage purchasing schedules and strategies to proactively identify and resolve procurement challenges during early pre-construction phases

Partner with Estimating and Purchasing during project setup to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and selection of the best subcontractors

Work closely with the Project Superintendent to maintain an accurate and up-to-date project schedule

Complete all financial documentation thoroughly, with attention to identifying potential or existing risks that may impact financial performance

Build and maintain strong relationships that support a commitment to exceptional customer service with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community
Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor

Required experience working with the MSBA (Massachusetts School Building Authority)

Experience delivering projects in commercial, hospitality, hotel, sports arena, and healthcare sectors

Large-scale or flagship project experience preferred

Proven responsibility for leading and developing staff

Highly organized, client-focused, and personable

Salary Range Information
Boston Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $155,000
