Job DescriptionStep into a Leadership Role:
As the Warehouse Operations & Facilities Supervisor, your role encompasses ensuring streamlined maintenance processes across expansive warehouse units. You’ll be overseeing facilities that often exceed 400,000 square feet and manage a fleet of over 50 material handling assets. These environments might also include specialized functions like E-Commerce or automated equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) teams, setting objectives and monitoring team performance.
- Draft and implement an annual maintenance budget, ensuring financial targets are met through strategic expenditure and variance analysis.
- Prioritize repair, maintenance, and machine installations to boost productivity.
- Innovate in preventive maintenance programs based on quality control and production statistics.
- Commit to OSHA and PSM requirements, enhancing team compliance with safety norms.
- Establish a clean and hazard-free workplace for all.
- Utilize Maintenance One Pager Reports for equipment reliability, enacting improvement plans when necessary.
- Work alongside General Managers to formulate annual and capital budgets that enhance future facility improvements.
- Champion capital project management, including initiating bids, capital requests, and overseeing contractors/vendors.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by crafting Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) for E&M team members.
- Engage proactively with new tech trends, evaluating their potential operational benefits.
What We Value:
- A High School diploma or GED; more advanced facility maintenance education is advantageous.
- 5-7+ years of maintenance experience, with direct supervisory responsibilities for at least 3+ years.
- Certification like CMRP or similar is favorable.

- Expertise in industrial maintenance standards and best practices.
- Capability in handling complex mechanical systems, basic electrical concepts, and ISO knowledge.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage both contractors and team members effectively.
- Mastery in multitasking with a tight grip on priorities.
- Keep abreast of HR regulations, safety standards, and procedures; capable of problem-solving in complex scenarios.
