Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a full-time Case Manager position serving K-9 students in a K-12 school environment located in Kingston, NH. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 1214 students at Seacoast Charter Academy, focusing on small group instruction in reading, writing, and math. This position is onsite only, with a commitment of 35 hours per week for the contract school year duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individualized education plans (IEPs) and coordinate special education services for a caseload of students.
  • Provide targeted small group instruction in reading, writing, and math to support student achievement.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal and state special education regulations.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification in Special Education or relevant credentials aligned with K-12 education.
  • Experience in case management within a school setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Kingston, NH onsite position supporting Seacoast Charter Academy.
