Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to provide comprehensive care.

- Stay informed about current best practices and developments in mental health care to provide the best support to clients.
Requirements
- Must possess a current LICSW or LMHC license in good standing.
- Fluency in Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling in a community setting.
- Strong understanding of cultural competencies and the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous education in the field of mental health.
