About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist whos passionate about helping students communicate confidently and succeedvirtually? Were looking for a dedicated and experienced SLP to provide teletherapy services to K12 students throughout Vermont. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services in partnership with educators, families, and school teams statewide.
What Youll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and communication skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each students IEP and educational goals

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions via secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support and monitor student progress

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
What Youll Need

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Vermont SLP license issued by the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation (OPR)

Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) endorsement for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience providing school-based or virtual speech services preferred
