Are you a detail-obsessed printing professional looking to grow with an innovative, fast-moving company? Join us at SnapPress, where we’re building the future of digital label printing. We’re seeking Printing Technicians to operate and master our proprietary SnapPress LP-1 digital label press.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys variety in their day, and is eager to help showcase our press to prospective customers across the country. There is some travel required for new customer training. Travel is within the US and is approximately 1 week/month. You will travel with one other technician as our training teams are 2 per install. We cover the costs to travel, your own private hotel room, and meals while on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
· Learn and operate the SnapPress LP-1 digital label press with expert-level precision
· Print sample jobs and test files for prospective and current customers
· Conduct live product demonstrations (in-person and online) and training sessions
· Maintain print quality standards and troubleshoot technical issues
· Support the sales and customer success teams with pre-sale and post-sale technical
printing needs
· Help shape our product experience with real-world feedback and usage insights
· Pitch in across the team—we’re small and nimble, and everyone contributes where
needed
Requirements:
· Please have at least 3 years of printing experience, exposure to ICC color profiling, and Pantone spot colors. InkJet experience is a HUGE Plus!
· You must love to work in a fast-paced, small company environment where teamwork wins. We do a lot with the team we have and can't wait to add more folks that love to show their quality work habits and results.
· Prior printing experience, preferably on a digital press (label experience a strong plus)
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality
· You must have direct experience with the Adobe Suite of software used to create, edit and load files to printing presses.
· Strong communication skills for demos and training
· Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, client demos, or training
· Positive, flexible attitude and a desire to grow with a small but fast-growing team

Based primarily in Salem, NH
Some travel required (less than 25%)
