Worcester, MA | Full-Time or Part-Time | ⏱️ 4-35 Hours/Week
Important: This is NOT a data analyst role. While you'll work with behavioral data, the position focuses on direct client care, behavior plan development, and collaboration with caregivers-not statistical or business data analysis.

Hiring Location
We are currently hiring for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Worcester, MA (01604).
Reliable transportation is required, and candidates must be able to commute to client locations throughout the surrounding area.
Relocation to Worcester prior to your start date is also required.
What You'll Do
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll lead the charge in assessing, developing, and guiding the implementation of behavior intervention plans tailored to each client. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, analyze behavioral data (not business or statistical data sets), and adjust strategies as needed to ensure each child's success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and use findings to create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Train and support caregivers and staff using competency-based methods.

Review and interpret behavioral data, track progress, and update intervention plans accordingly.

Complete timely reports for funders and maintain up-to-date service documentation.

Provide ongoing education and coaching to caregivers and RBTs.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Stay current with CEU requirements to maintain BCBA/LABA credentials.
✅ What You Bring

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).

Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (preferred).

Experience developing and implementing behavior plans in clinical or educational settings.

Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites.

Ability to relocate to Worcester, MA before start date (required).
