Responsibilities:
Provide overall maintenance management for day-to-day operations
· Oversee daily maintenance operations and tasks.
· Review and optimize schedules and assignments in CMMS.
· Directly manage a staff of multiple Technicians.
· Report and track expenses to reduce costs.
· Manage maintenance spare parts and inventory accuracy for such parts.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies
· Optimize productive time for maintenance by eliminating unnecessary processes, and building proactive work, while reducing reactive work.
· Building and maintaining equipment health listing, as well as a regular short term and 3-5 year plan.
· Work with Business Unit Manager to build Cap-Ex plan for the team, to effectively plan and avoid major failures or unsupported equipment.
· Implement Lean Manufacturing, and train and develop associates in these principles.
· Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve.
· Create and implement changes to improve current processes and reduce costs.
· Prepare operating reports and budgets.
