We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator with a strong background in commercial finish carpentry and millwork. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of proven experience in pricing projects, reviewing architectural prints, and providing accurate cost estimates to support our growing operations.
Responsibilities:

Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project bids.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and clients to ensure clarity on scope and costs.
</li>
<li>
Provide value engineering options when possible.
</li>
<li>
Track bids, proposals, and project cost data.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Strong knowledge of finish carpentry and millwork.
</li>
<li>
Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
</li>
<li>
Ability to read and interpret architectural prints.
</li>
<li>
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
</li>
<li>
Willingness to meet in-office in Fitchburg, MA 1–2 days per week.
