Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Our client is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their busy and growing healthcare facility in Peterborough, NH. This role offers a full-time, weekday schedule and the opportunity to work closely with the Center Operations Director to positively impact patient care and clinic operations.
As a Medical Assistant, you will provide direct patient care services, assist providers during examinations, and perform ancillary medical procedures while contributing to a supportive, patient-focused team environment. We are looking for candidates who can start within two weeks of Concentra confirmation, with a strong preference for local candidates. Key Responsibilities Include:

Welcome patients warmly and obtain accurate medical histories; verify and update patient information in clinical records.

Assist providers during patient examinations and treatments, offering skilled clinical support and patient reassurance.

Perform ancillary diagnostic and treatment procedures such as pulmonary function tests (PFT), electrocardiograms (EKG), injections, audiograms, blood draws, and other tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director and in accordance with certification.

Dispense medications as ordered by the treating providers, ensuring compliance with scope of practice and state regulations.

Monitor the flow of onboarding patients to ensure smooth clinic operations and an efficient care experience.

Assist the front office team with administrative tasks such as patient check-in, scheduling, and telephone communication as needed to maintain efficient workflow.

Mentor and encourage fellow clinical team members by modeling professional behavior, teamwork, and a patient-first attitude.

Maintain clinical and exam room cleanliness, ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies, and support overall operational readiness.
Qualifications:
Required:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification/license in the state of New Hampshire.

Valid BLS Certification from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) or other fast-paced medical environment.

Local candidates only; must be available to start within 2 weeks of Concentra confirmation.

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a clinical setting.

Strong communication skills and commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
