Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans? At WORKS by JD, we’re looking for a Project Estimator who brings precision, insight, and confidence to every high-end renovation—from show-stopping kitchens to full-home transformations.
As the first step in every project’s success, you’ll collaborate with homeowners, vendors, and trade partners to deliver detailed estimates and winning proposals that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and clarity.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop accurate, competitive estimates for residential renovation projects
- Create clear, professional proposals that clients understand and trust
- Support projects from initial scope through closeout
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Continuously refine estimating tools, pricing databases, and workflows
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in residential estimating or construction project management
- Deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and pricing strategies
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Familiarity with RRP, OSHA, and local permitting regulations is a plus
