We are growing and need to add to our awesome team! We have two Franklin MA locations and Front Desk Ambassadors rotate to both.

Roles
1. Front Desk - Work with Front Desk team to ensure coverage of weekday opening through closing tasks of phone management, greeting/escorting/scheduling patients, completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, insurance coordination/verification and collecting patient financial contributions, and managing accurate bank deposits and patient accounts.
2. Patient Ambassador - Work with patients to ensure they receive a 5 Star experience by surveying, interacting and meeting with patients. Other assignments will include maintaining accurate records of email campaigns, workshop attendance and assisting with monthly newsletter.
This is a full-time position, in a well-established clinic in Franklin. Your hours will range from as early as 7am and as late as 8pm. You must be willing to work at least one Saturday per month.
