Do you have a heart for caring and a passion for helping others live comfortably at home? Blissful Homecare is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!
Territory: Massachusetts
Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.50
Home Health Aide Qualifications & Skills:
- At least H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Home Health Aide Certificate or current CNA License.
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in Home Health care, preferred.
- Work Ethic.
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
- Caring and compassionate personality.
Home Health Aide Job Responsibilities
- Performs household services essential to health care in the patient's home as assigned.
- Ambulates and exercises the patients as assigned.
- Assist with client's personal care activities.
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
- Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency Policy.
- Report changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN.
- Assists with medications that are ordinarily self - administered as assigned.
Lifting Requirements:
- Ability to participate in physical activity.
- Ability to work for extended period of time standing and being involved in physical activity.
- Heavy lifting.
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting, and standing on a regular basics.
