We are seeking a compassionate and reliable 1:1 School Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to a student in a school-based setting in Milford, NH. This position plays a vital role in supporting the students health, safety, and access to learning throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to a student during school hours

Implement and follow the students individualized healthcare plan (IHP)

Monitor health status and respond to medical needs as they arise

Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
-
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a school team

Strong communication and organizational skills
