What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 personalized care rooted in evidence-based practice
• Develop and evolve individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery
• Work with a wide range of patients — from athletes to post-op clients — with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehab
• Track and celebrate progress through detailed assessments and documentation
• Collaborate closely with fellow PTs, staff, and referring providers to ensure seamless, integrated care
• Educate patients and their families to empower them beyond the clinic
• Contribute ideas, energy, and expertise to our growing community — whether it's clinical innovation, events, digital content, or team development

What We’re Looking For:

• Masters or Doctoral (DPT) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid License to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics
• A strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Compassionate communicator with the ability to motivate and engage patients
• Someone who’s independently driven but thrives as part of a supportive team
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, people-centered clinic culture

Compensation & Perks:

• Expected hours: Full Time (flexible schedule available)
• Salary Range: $88,000-$105,000
