What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 personalized care rooted in evidence-based practice
- Develop and evolve individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery
- Work with a wide range of patients — from athletes to post-op clients — with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehab
- Track and celebrate progress through detailed assessments and documentation
- Collaborate closely with fellow PTs, staff, and referring providers to ensure seamless, integrated care
- Educate patients and their families to empower them beyond the clinic
- Contribute ideas, energy, and expertise to our growing community — whether it's clinical innovation, events, digital content, or team development
What We’re Looking For:
- Masters or Doctoral (DPT) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid License to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics
- A strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Compassionate communicator with the ability to motivate and engage patients
- Someone who’s independently driven but thrives as part of a supportive team
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, people-centered clinic culture
Compensation & Perks:
- Expected hours: Full Time (flexible schedule available)
- Salary Range: $88,000-$105,000
