Location: Exeter, NH
Pay Rate: $23–$24/hour
Assembler / Solderer
Join our growing manufacturing team and put your soldering skills to work on high‑quality electronic assemblies. We’re looking for someone experienced with soldering to IPC standards—formal certification not required—who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Solder through‑hole components on PCB assemblies and sub‑assemblies
- Work with small tools, engineering drawings, BOMs, and visual aids
- Identify non‑reworkable issues and route non‑conforming material to MRB
- Follow ESD precautions and all safety guidelines
- Operate hydraulic pin‑insertion equipment
- Support additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of soldering experience (IPC‑style work preferred)
- Strong through‑hole soldering ability
- Understanding of rework vs. repair
- Ability to read engineering documents and learn new tasks
- Familiarity with ANSI/IPC‑610B and ESD requirements
