Responsible for designing and developing engaging learning materials that support our Endoscopy Sales Teams.

This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, apply instructional design principles, and build experience with e-learning tools and multimedia content creation.

Design and develop interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.

Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.

Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create impactful learning experiences.

Utilize multimedia tools and software to enhance training content.

Analyze learner feedback and conduct needs assessments to improve training programs.

Assist in the evaluation and revision of existing training materials.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

0-2+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or training development.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of instructional design models and evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick’s Model).

Foundational knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond)

Basic project management skills to handle small projects efficiently.

A creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging learning experiences.
Preferred:

Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond).

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience with graphic design or video editing software.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
