Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide direct nursing care and develop individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective services.</li>
<li>Monitor health status, administer medications, and educate participants and families.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and support quality care delivery.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Current MA RN license.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with the geriatric population preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.</li>
