Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute plumbing projects efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Communicate with clients to explain plumbing problems and recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with other trades as needed on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman or Master Plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments and conditions.
