Pay Range: $24–$30/hr
About the Role
We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a commercial/industrial facility. This role handles preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and general building repairs to keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
</li>
<li>
Diagnose and repair basic electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues
</li>
<li>
Maintain facility systems including lighting, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC units
</li>
<li>
Complete work orders and document repairs
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors when required
</li>
<li>
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial facility
</li>
<li>
Experience with mechanical, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting
</li>
<li>
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
</li>
<li>
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
</li>
<li>
EPA/HVAC certification is a plus but not required
</li>
<li>
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
</li>
</ul>
