Job DescriptionMachine Operator - Temp to hire
A highly technical contract manufacturing company in Merrimack, NH is looking to hire a Machine Operator.

Shift of the Machine Operator:
6:55a.m. – 3:15p.m. (Monday through Friday)

Pay Rate of the Machine Operator:
$17.50/hr Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Trim or clip product as needed
• Package, weigh, and label finished product
• Perform visual inspections of all parts produced
• Use gauge pins to measure parts and ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Keep workstation clean, neat, and organized
• Report any quality issues to the Shift Supervisor
• Train Machine Attendants on the next shift as needed

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

• Entry-level position: training provide
• Ability to read and understand required documentation (e.g., Work Orders, Operator Responsibility Sheets)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and initiative
• Basic measuring experience
