What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support upstream and downstream manufacturing activities to ensure consistent, high‑quality production of biologics. You will receive thorough training from industry experts while learning critical skills in biotech processing, compliance, and aseptic technique.

You will:

  • Execute process recipes and follow detailed SOPs to support daily production of therapeutic proteins.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) and Steam‑in‑Place (SIP) systems.
  • Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pH and conductivity measurements, sampling, and routine testing.
  • Handle raw material and chemical transfers throughout the production areas.
  • Document all work accurately in both written and electronic systems in alignment with GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Participate in routine sanitization to maintain a clean, compliant, and safe production environment.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of cGMP operations, aseptic technique, and regulated manufacturing while working under close mentorship.

  • AS or BS in Life Sciences (Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc.)
  • 0+ years of experience — On‑the‑job training is provided!
  • Strong interest in biotech manufacturing and quality
  • Ability to follow instructions, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance standards
  • Comfort working in cleanroom and controlled environments
  • A team‑oriented, proactive attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTSMOUTH, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
